The only natural light source available is sunlight.Throughout the day, the direction of sunlight comes is changing. The angle under which light falls is very important especially when it projecting the shadows of a particular subject. If we know how to use it in the interest of photography, I think we can create interesting compositions. I do not know how many of you appreciate such photos but I find them exciting. This is my photo for Wednesday Shadow Challenge.
“There is strong shadow where there is much light.” ― Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

Nice photo as I live in the southern hemisphere the light direction will be different
It’s a lovely black and white photo. But I can’t tell what part of the day it was taken. My guess is in the afternoon.
Thank you, Carol! Not everyone loves black and white photography! I’m trying different things … and want to share it with you!
I love that picture and I’m sure that it was taken in the morning… Goethe definitely supports my opinion too.
Thank you, Albert! I’m glad you and Goethe share the same opinions! Does he also like this photo??
Of course. Goethe praised your photo, but he was a little worried that you would rival him as a philosopher.
I am not the rival of anybody! Just sometimes I’m my own rival
Whoa…! That’s the mentality of the Olympic champions.
I always appreciate your photos and your explanation. I have learned something. Awesome photo.
