No landscaped garden is complete without a water body. It could be a fish pond, a fountain, a lotus pond or a waterfall.
We had a lotus pond besides a waterfall which we closed as we once saw a snake inside it. The sound of the waterfall is soothing. We put it on occasionally. It has a reservoir with a recycling system so that water is not wasted. The reservoir gets filled from water drawn from the well for which we have a pump.
Our pet Preiti loved to watch the waterfall in action and you can see her there in this photo.
Most of my landscaped garden designing projects either had a waterfall or a fountain.
This 90 seconds video clip shows you the waterfall in action. Hope you will like it.

This is amazing I love it…Great waterfall
What a lovely spot and a lovely video.
Thanks. I particularly like its sound.
A lovely waterfall. Birds love water and the sound attracts them.
We do not switch it on every day though.
Great picture, dear friend … once I saw a snake in my garden I immediately sell the house and move haha
That was too bad. I would not sell my house just because I saw a snake (lol)
I was kidding about it … but I would certainly not cultivate the garden anymore … I am too afraid of snakes at all for your poisons … there are only two species in our country and they are even more in the mountain world
We used to have a small fountain in the garden but I removed it because it has become a nest of mosquitoes.
Our waterfall has recyling water where mosquitoes do not thrive. This waterfall was with a 2hp pump quite powerful
