I hope my jelly bean sedum or Sedum rubrotinctum planted in a Sprite can is wacky enough for Wednesday. I keep forgetting about these day challenges. I use all kinds of cans as planters. I just punch a couple of holes at the bottom before I plant something in them. I sometimes I paint and design them at other times I use them as they are. I secure them to poles in my garden to make the poles come alive.
Its nice to see the sedums in bloom even now. Usually they stop blooming after summer. I love to use sedums as ground covers. They are the easiest plants to grow,

Wow great idea wonderful . Thanks for sharing
That’s a wonderful idea. Thanks for sharing. I wouldn’t remember how to use a can.
You are very resourceful and everything comes in handy … great idea and beautiful flowers
I turned my head just now and there is a plant in a coffee can. At some point the bottom will rust out. That’s when I know to repot the plants.
You’re right, but aluminium can hold on for a long, long time.
My wife uses beer cans to store greenery in cold water in the fridge. She also puts a polyethylene on it
I do that with my herbs too 😀
wow great idea of cane for plant .
I am glad you like it.
It looked like a cactus to me. Never seen this before. We use plastic bags for plants that are seasonal specially vegetables.
This is a succulent, this one is a perennial here .
Love this sedum. Never heard of this before. I gave autumn joy in my garden but would really like this type as well.
I love the pictures of autumn joy, but we don’t get them here.
