The reflected images make us observe certain details that are usually ignored, make us to look at the world from a different perspective. What if the trees grew in the water? Could a tree grow underwater? These question came to my mind when I saw the reflection of the trees on the lake surface.
Of course, I can’t answer these questions. I better just take pictures and let others find the answer! Would that be possible? I don’t think so! I will always ask questions and i’ll try to find the answers, because … without questions I would stop evolving !!

Do you think it would be possible for the trees to grow in the water?

Yes

No

Yes there is many tree families which living under water
it is all about the roots!
Actually, trees continue to grow in water, but the issue is if they grow larger than the ground can support. Saturated ground does not allow the tree to stay upright!
I agree with’ you! The tree leaves need oxygen in the air to synthesize chlorophyll.
Plants, maybe. But don’t think trees can grow underwater.
Great reflections and I don’t think trees could grow underwater they also need the sun and air
Lovely reflections! I don’t think it would be posible for trees to grow underwater!
Other green plants grow underwater, the only problem with trees would be the big roots perhaps.
There are many aquatic plants but the trees are definitely not part of them!?
This is so beautiful!
Thank you, Ellie! I love reflections in natural mirrors and … I take them with me!?
