In the past three decades, the number of people over 100 has increased by 65%. Follow these directions and dare to reach a three-digit age.
1. Be positive – A study that looked at people between 95 and 107 years old found that the majority had a positive attitude towards life and a strong sense of humor, suggesting that these characteristics played an important role in their longevity.
2. Enjoy what you do and have a routine at work – Adopt life habits. This will help you to manage daily stress. But more importantly: do what you like. Look for a job that fits you. Living happy and satisfied increases the average life expectancy.
3. Socialize and get out of home – A 2010 study found that people with an active social life and full of social connections were 50% more likely to live longer than those who had few social relationships.
4. Sleep – Resting less than seven hours a day on a regular basis increases the risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, coronary heart disease, heart attack, depression, obesity and premature death. If you want to live a long and healthy life, the trick is basic: lie down early and sleep seven to eight hours.

i suspect there are many things that living to 100 will bring; As long as I am happy i would consider it!
Nope I wouldn’t want to live up to 100. I would prefer to go when I am done handling my responsibilities without making it difficult for any of my loved ones.
I would like to live to be 100 years old, of course, provided I have health.
If my health is good I wouldn’t mind living to be 100.
