A good night’s sleep helps to recharge energy, restore the body, improves memory, mood and reduce anxiety. According to a study carried out by the National Sleep Foundation, the number of hours we should sleep varies according to the age and organism of each one.
Here are the hours you should sleep:
– Newborns (0 – 3 months): between 14 and 17 hours;
– Babies (4 – 11 months): between 12 and 15 hours;
– Children (1 – 2 years) between 11 and 14 hours;
– Pre-school children (3 – 5 years): between 10 and 13 hours;
– School children (6 – 13 years old): between 9 and 11 am;

– Young adults (18 – 25 years): between 7 to 9 hours;

For my age, I fall within the limits stated in the shared post.
i need my sleep! You have young children right? how many hours are you getting?
Yes, I have young children, right now I sleep between 6 to 7 hours, which isn’t bad I think.
when the twins were born, we had to feed them every four hours. By the end of 5 months of that I was a zombie!
Thank you for sharing. At least now I know that I am still normal with my sleeping habits of 7 to 8 hours.
It is good that you can sleep enough.
I need to get up in between but I get enough sleep
If you get enough sleep that is good.
I usually sleep late due to work. But hopefully, I’d be able to change my old bad habit
Sleep late is no good for us.
Lately I am not getting enough sleep, but I will eventually. Thanks for the reminder.
hope you can catch up with your sleep soon.
