Sharing a sunset I captured yesterday. Not many sunsets lately. And this one, unfortunately is not without tops of houses. But it is what it is. I can only work around the houses or move. Those are my choices.
I also could get a tree stand so I can rise above and get better photos of sunsets and birds without houses. Ha! What a visual, right!
Either way, here is the sunset from yesterday as seen from my deck. Sharing with today’s Thursday Reflections challenge.

i did my reflection internally yesterday in my wander project!
the view of Narnia is still amazing.
Thank you Doc, I get frustrated but still feel blessed. We take what we get in life and make the best of it.
i still think that stilts idea for your house might help 😉
I am working on it but it doesn’t seem to be going over too well. 🙂
you probably have the same HOA I do.
Thankfully no HOA here, my spouse thinks I might not be safe. 🙂
Such a beautiful sunset. Congratulations.
Thank you so much, I love the deck sunsets every chance I get to see them.
Lovely colours in this photo…
Thank you Pam, it was almost dark, the days are so short now.
Woow, your sunset looks much nicer than mine.
Thank you, I almost waited too late, it gets dark so early.
It’s a very colorful and nice sunset.
Thank you, it was almost dark!
It’s a beautiful sunset! I don’t mind the houses.
Appreciate you. I am trying to get used to them.
They look very nice as silhouettes and give a cosy feeling to the photo, in my opinion.
Well thanks, that is a good attitude about them. I have really been upset about losing the dairy farm to these houses. Thank you for that perspective.
They are certainly better looking than the dull apartment buildings that often get in my way.
Sorry. Is it the same way with sunrises? I can’t even see the sunrise from my deck.
Nice sunset, dear friend
Thanks Lado, appreciate you.
Always love your sunset captures.
Thank you so much. 🙂
