In spite of the government’s declaration that street children will be arrested, it seems that street kids do not mind. They are still there in the streets begging from the public. Where are the parents? That is another question because one study of the issue yielded that the parents are totally negligent of their kids.

that is a huge and terrible problem. I wish we had a better way than arresting them.
Very sad to see these children.
Sometimes there’s also the case that’s their parents “utilize” their kids to get money from people.
Street children are found every where .
I think it’s terrible that these children are left to fend for themselves. In the area I live there are none but I daresay there are some in the capital city of London.
That really is very sad to see these children on the streets begging. Yes, the parents need to take more responsibility of their children.
