This would be more fun if made into a versus … but since I’ve already instinctively clicked on “polls” so poll shall it be …
This is just another “versus” whereby you choose if you prefers to go by the stairs or uset he lift… simple as that! 🙂

I use stairs whenever feasible. I can generally beat the elevator to my floor up to six floors…
Wow! That is crazy fast!
elevators are pretty slow, even when they don’t stop to let folks on or off…
For going down, I like steps and for up, lift.
Hmm… it will be better for your knees if you do the opposite. 🙂
Is it so? Okay, I will try that.
My mum have problem with her knees, so she reads about knee problem and she told me that it’s much more stressful for the knee when we go down the stairs than up.
I’m walking down the stairs … if I go upstairs, I prefer to ride with the elevator
I try to take stairs when possible. Sometimes you just cannot.
Same here … I try to take the stairs more too…
except for going down… because that hurts the knees.
Two floors I go to the stairs more than that, mostly an elevator.
I’m using more elevator too as going to the stairs is very inconvenient …
I am living on 1st floor and I often go upstairs , and don;t like too much high apartment to live
I see … I live on the 5th … I can take the stairs but after the upgrade …
the stairs is not convenient anymore …
I live on the first floor, and, of course, I go to the stairs. If I lived at 3, 4 or higher, I would always use an elevator.
Well, seems like you get some form of exercise everyday and that is good!
However, just a reminder that going down the stairs is not good for the knees … so maybe you can find a way to cut that down 🙂
