Simple Ways to Boost Your Metabolism

Metabolism is chemical processes that occur within a living organism in order to maintain life. It is the way your body breaks down the fuels that feed your body. The more efficient your metabolism is, the better you feel and healthier you are. There are some fairly simple ways to boost your metabolism and keep your body running efficiently.  

  1. Drink Green Tea

  2. Add some spice to your cooking.Black pepper, cayenne pepper, chili powder, and even ground ginger have one very important thing in common,these spices are known to accelerate your metabolic rate.

  3. Add more diet fatty fish, diet high in omega-3 will rev up your metabolism

  4. We all know I am a fan of smoothies and these are included in every smoothie hemp oil and flaxseed oil. (Please don’t tell my family, they don’t know they are healthy.)

  5. Drink plenty of water,f at least 17-ounces of water per day to increased metabolic rates of 30-percent for both males and females.

  6. Munch on almonds. They are nothing but great for metabolism and overall health.
