Simple Egg curry recipe for two

If you love curry, then you should also try this simple egg recipe.

Boil 4 eggs for up to 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cut 2 onions and one tomato into four big pieces each and grind them together in the mixer with some greenery for good taste.

The next step is to fry the eggs. Just add 3 tsp. of vegetable oil into the pan and heat it for 2 minutes, then add eggs one by one. You do not have to fry every egg for more than 2 minutes, and be sure that all the eggs are well-fried from all the sides.

Now, use the remaining oil for making curry. Just put the onion-tomato paste into it and let it fry for 10 minutes. For this time, cut four potatoes into small pieces (cubes).

It is time to add some spices. First, add salt according to your taste, then 0.5 tsp. of red chilly powder, 1 tsp of Garam Masala (or any spices you have), and some powdered black pepper. Then add 0.5 glass of water (around 120ml) and keep stirring the dish for 1 minute.

After stirring, add potatoes and eggs, and leave the dish cooking for 15 minutes more. In 15 minutes, the egg curry is ready.
