It is very unfortunate that today christian brother are not greeting according their scripture as Jesus greeted. In fact western world and christian brother has replace the Jesus greeting with , Hello , Hi , and Good bye. This was not taught by Jesus Pbuh.
In fact Muslim follow Jesus pbuh more than the christian them self. We believe no Muslim is a Muslim who does not believe in Jesus pbuh as a mighty prophet of almighty Allah ( God)
I have never come a cross a single christian brother and sister who have ever greeted me as Jesus pbuh greeted in Hebrew Luke 24:36 . In fact Muslims Greet all in the same manner as Jesus (pbuh) greeted in Hebrew Luke 24:36 . And as they thus spake, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.‘Sholam alay kum’
or Islamic greeting in Arabic Assalaamu alai kumboth meaning ‘Peace be on you’.
- As-salamu alaikum wa rahmatullah (“May the peace and mercy of Allah be with you”)
- As-salamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh (“May the peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be with you”
Quran Says . Ch 3 Verse 64
Say, “O People of the Scripture, come to a word that is equitable between us and you – that we will not worship except Allah and not associate anything with Him and not take one another as lords instead of Allah .” But if they turn away, then say, “Bear witness that we are Muslims [submitting to Him].
