If we read news, often we can find news about how dogs attack people. Many dog walkers walk with dogs, but people around them are not protected at any way. Most dogs are not violent, but there is often a chance that a dog can become angry on another dog or cat and start barking or even attack.

All our dogs were let free around the house and property.
I think all dogs kept as pets should be leash trained in case they have to travel. Most of the time I am hopeful they roam fairly free.
I am a dog lover and our dogs are always on a leash when we go out.
I have cats but yes dogs should be on a leash.
It depends on where you are. I keep my dog on a lead when on pavements alongside roads, but she goes free when we`re off the roads and crossing fields – except ones with animals in. Dogs that are allowed to run free in safe environments are far more likely to be well-behaved than those that never get this chance.
We have a huge area where our dogs roamed free.
