One of my favorite meals are salted pancakes. Pancakes are with cheese and mushrooms. It was my lunch yesterday. I love Salty pancakes. They are very tasty. I took this photo yesterday before meal.I do not eat pork, but I eat pancakes with cheese or with cheese and mushrooms or with chicken and sauce.

They are called Salty pancakes in my country but these pancakes is pancakes with chicken, mushrooms, cheese..

Yes but sometimes is ok. I have low blood pressure so for me is great.
Hahahah yeah , increase water intake and liquid , use cucumber , also check if you have thyroid concern.
