Salads are normally something one has along with many other dishes. But when it comes to Russian Salad it is a different story
Russian Salad has many ingredients that give it a wholesome definition. Russian Salad has sliced boiled potatoes, sliced boiled eggs, shredded chicken, onion rings, sliced tomatoes, boiled beetroot slices, boiled peas, chopped corriander leaves and last but not the least a dressing of curds that has a rich helping of mustard paste and pepper with a touch of sugar. Many use mayonnaise as a dressing but I prefer curds as it has less cholesterol.
There you are. A wholesome meal

I’ll all the ingredients in a Russian salad. But I will skip the potatoes. They’re high in carbs. 🙂
There is a re-think on potatoes I think. You might like to read about them online
I make Russian salad usually for any holidays.

The one comment below is not for you sorry. I also do not eat it often
I have never heard of this before.
My comment meant for you I have posted under Milica.
Salads with lots of eggs!
Yes That is how Russian Salad is made.
I don’t use mayonnaise, I use sour cream. This allows the Keto diet.
And to think that mayonnaise is still doing the rounds.
