Captured this hummingbird taking a break on my deck feeder perch. It is rare to capture these tiny birds still. They just hardly ever stop long enough for a photo. Of course he was gone as soon as the camera clicked.
I love seeing these ruby throat hummingbirds with their metallic green and their red throats. You have to look close and probably cannot see all of the amazing colors in this photo. I hope to get more soon.
