Goodbye Onehunga, Hello Buckland’s beach!
Yes, we have a new home with Housing NZ which has everything we need.
Sad to have to leave but we have been really blessed. Most of the village where I live go to an apartment and to be honest some don’t mind not having gardens, but for some it really hurts.
Yes, Housing NZ could find an empty house for some of us, but they won’t move people there, because unknown to us, the President of the Black Power gang lives next door facing the other side of the street the Mongrel Mob or another gang that is at war with each other.
Some of us, I would not like to live in a place like that.
I told the Manager that we would be prepared to go anywhere with a garden and now we have one. That will need a lot of work. Hard work as the ground is very dry. Auckland has had a 40 day drought with not a drop of rain in sight.

Have you had to suddenly move due to circumstances.?

I was living in an apartment and the roof fell. I had to leave my house for some weeks.
Wow, that would be hard to cope with. You survived. Now I am most fortunate to get a 2 bedroom place with a garden. Thanks so much Halcombe. I am in the process of packing.
That is great. The roof fell when I wasn´t at home
Congratulations. I hope you have a wonderful life in your new home.
Thanks Halcombe, I can only say it is because of the intervention and prayers of others that both Warwick & I have been so blessed.
Also I did say we would be willing to go anywhere in Auckland.
I wish you luck and happiness. When you get your garden going that will make it feel more at home.
Congrats! I wish you many happy moments in your new house!
Enjoy your new home. Moving out is interesting.
I’m very happy for you on your new journey in your new home. God’s path is always good and always the result of His kindness. Regale us more with your exciting stories of your new home.
glad you are or will make it through the relocation process.
we’ve missed your cheer on the site the past few days!
You will handle everything with patience and perseverance. I only wish you good things in your new home. Greetings from me and sunny Torrevieja in Spain.
I wish you a comfortable stay and a nice life in a new home, dear Pamela …. have you moved far from your previous home?
