A relative made quark cream. I tasted it and it was good. Quark is a dairy product made by warming soured milk. It’s a fresh cheese. I don’t like cheese too much. But this is a new food for me. Quark is a cross between yogurt and cottage cheese. This kind of cheese is very healthy. Have you tried it?

Never heard of Quark (except for that Ferengi in Star Trek). But if it’s cheese I’d like to try it.

Quark ice cream is alien to me. But I am curious about it.
