This is one dish I always prepare for Christmas. I do not eat pork regularly but once a year just to bring back memories of my dear mother who was an excellent cook, I prepare it.
We get ready made masalas here unlike how mother prepared her own masalas
Pork Bafat is a spicy dish and besides the masala powder, green chilies, ginger, onion, cinnamon stick, cinnnamon leaves and cloves are added
This dish tastes better with time.

There is always a special menu for Christmas, most of the time the boys decide what they want.
I hope they give you enough time to plan (lol)

Not my photo. Picked from Pixabay (lol)
I will definitely prepare something special, but I don’t know yet ….
Just a few days left for you to plan your menu
I still have 9 days left so I still have plenty of time
I also don’t eat pork regularly. I make it for the holidays.
We make pork in many ways but this one is my moher’s special
Pork is strictly prohibited in the bible,
Gateway Leviticus 11 :: NIV. You may eat any animal that has a split hoof completely divided and that chews the cud. … And the pig, though it has a split hoof completely divided, does not chew the cud; it is unclean for you. You must not eat their meat or touch their carcasses; they are unclean for you.
I would not like to get into this with you.
Nice dish you prepared. Thanks for sharing
