My camera let me down while I was having the time of my life at Venice, Italy. The friendly pigeons at St. Mark’s Square were all over me eating off my hand.
It was a memorable event spending time at this place with background music playing in the audiorium a little distance away. It was mostly classical music soothing to the ears.
At the time we visited it was packed to capacity both with pigeons and tourists. I just did not want to get away from there but we had to as there were other sights lined up for us.

I’ve never been to Venice. This place is famous for pigeons.
I now understand there are no more pigeons there

There is lots to see and experience in Venice.
There was a time when I was in Venice every week so I knew them very well
May not be as a tourist and so you may not have fed those piegeons.
I drove tourists and I really didn’t feed the pigeons …. but I watched them drink coffee at a restaurant
