Oh, I thought it is about the issue of the draft folder that it is not completely accessible again.
I would guess that is by design and will remain that way. I don’t think they fully understood how many would see this as an opportunity to leverage and recycle posts. I also think there will be a change to comments soon. (Yes, I am speculating this morning.)
