Our kingdom

“The kingdom of God is within you” –  non-fiction book written by Leo Tolstoy. No, I will not write about this book although I have read it. I want to emphasize other things.If we roam searching for the kingdom between friends and neighbors, we would find no kingdom there except the same lonely and poor ones.And if we understand the need to search within ourselves, that here, in the silence of our heart, is a fortress and a shelter, that here my wealth and real life, pure and real, without lie –  that’s when the discovery will occur.At times, I can sometimes feel it – for a brief moment. When it is good and cozy to live in your heart that you would not change to any other, even realizing its imperfection and inevitable end. But you are best friends, and together you have had these adventures and discoveries, you have tasted hardships together, and you have been happy together.Those brief moments are our kingdom.
