I’m not talking about a fire breathing dragon nor any of the modern-day reptilian type of a dragon.
In talking about the first dragon fruit that the plant bore. The cactus like plant was planted over a year ago.
I first saw the fruit just six days ago. And every day, I can see how it grows bigger.
I have tasted a dragon fruit once and I like it. Soon I will be able to taste on again.

Our dragon plant is also fruiting now.
Cool. I wanted to plant more of these actually. But I still have to prepare the area for more dragon plants.

What you see there is actually a flower unless there was a flower first and then this came up. Pretty.
The first time I saw it, it was just a tiny red fruit. I failed to notice if there was a flower before it. But this photo is taken the third day since the first time I saw it. As of yesterday, it is now about an inch and a half long and still growing.
