Running outdoors is easy for everyone. It does not require expensive sports equipment, you do not need a coach or teammate. It’s just you and your ambitions. But be careful not to overdo it if you do it for the first time. You risk to quit after the first attempt.
Running outdoors brings great benefits to our health:
-you can burn the extra calories
-helps maintain the “form” of memory!
-helps for a better night’s sleep and wake up more rested.
-a few minutes of jogging will instantly bring your smile on your lips

Do you practice 30 minutes of jogging daily?

Yes

No

For my health my doctor recommends getting 30 min of exercise per day. I walk for at least 30 min at least 3 times per week.
In recent years, I have been walking more than jogging
Same with me. And, it’s equally effective as running.
Apparently, we have one thing in common here.
True. A practice is still a practice, even though it doesn’t kill you:)
Of course not, if not too much…
Several years ago I have been jogging around the lake Chindia with a friend! Two years ago she died, and I can not jogging anymore!
It must be so sad. So sorry… Looks like your loss has forced your sneakers to hide on a shoe rack…
I use to walk and jogging at least one hour daily
I also have Jogging Shoes..and daily walk!!!
I have never been a jogger I prefer walking.
