March 29 Choices

Oh my goodness my doctor is changing my drinking rules again! I think she wants me to live in the bathroom! However she is the expert, so I will go with the new plan and see what happens. Here we go 16 ounces of green tea, 16 ounces of black tea, 16 ounces of broth and 16 ounces of water.  She said I am welcome to have a soda after I get all of those requirements in! I suppose there is a valid reason and that seems like a lot.

I have working 5 hours today and then have about three hours of self training modules that need to be completed.

Winter came back with a vengeance last night. We have two feet of new snow, so I will be out shoveling walks and plowing driveways as soon as it gets light enough to do it here. The neighbors will be stuck and will have to be late because I don’t plow in the dark.

I think it’s time to rearrange the office. That is a huge project so I will have to break that up into chunks.  I am going to put a plan for that in today.

Here is my bonus choice. If I get all my work done I am going to go check on the cranes. They just showed up yesterday. They were busy making nests. I would like to see how they weather the storm.

  1. Im not sure about the drinking choices, I think actually clean water is the best. However, your body tells you how much of what you can cope with.
Personally in that weather after 2 hours of shovelling snow, not that snow is my experience, I think I would enjoy a nice hot chocolate!
All may sound good things, but listen to your body, best advice someone gave me.
I would like to see the Cranes though

  2. I am so thrilled that someone took the time to tell me they thought they were bad choices, but were not willing to put their name on it. So let’s just refer to this mystery person as “the coward”. I mean what I say, I say what I mean.

  3. You could hit me with a stick and I could not drink all that down but if you must then you have to try. I have a giant mug which is like about two good sized mugs in one. In several hours I finish up my morning tea. Then I have some V8 juice in the afternoon and at any other time, I am thirsty I have a big mug full of water. How many ounces all that is I have no idea but I cannot drink more than that.
