First of all, only for those who are perhaps wondering what is macro photography , I want to remind that by macrophotography, in the broad sense of the word is meant the photographing of small and very small objects, up to 1: 1 reproduction ratios. The reproduction ratio is the ratio between the actual size of the subject and the size of its image on the sensor or film.
For today’s challenge I share this photo I took some time ago. They are the stamens of a flower dear to me and that I am delighted year after year with its beauty. Stamens are the male fertilizing organ of a flower, typically consisting of a pollen-containing anther and a filament.
