I went for a walk in Chindia Park. As usually I have taken my camera just in case I’ll find something interesting. I found just a layer of commelina flowers so I decided to take some photos for the Macro Monday Challenge. It is not the first time I use this subject in my photos, nor for the first time when a lot of hoverflies were around these flowers. Asian Dayflower (Commelina communis) is a flower that offers us its blue beauty for only one morning. I wonder why these tiny hoverflies love this flower? I dont think they love its beauty. Maybe they know the plant is edible?
