In the photo tour last weekend, we found this larva on a plant. There were actually several larvae, but one was very interesting. Whenever I moved the leaf on which it stood, it would bubble on each of the spines on the back. I’m not sure what kind of larva it is. I guess it’s a ladybug larva, because they’re around too, but I’m not sure. There are so many types of ladybugs that it’s hard to identify them.
