This year I decided to have hanging geraniums on the window sills. The cuttings were given to me by my sister in the fall. I was lucky enough to be able to grow the flower and protect it from the cold. In the spring I transplanted the cuttings into flower beds and they work just fine.
They are named after ivy-like fleshy leaves that, unlike other geraniums, are smooth. Ivy grows strongly and is a classic of lush balcony plantings. They are beautiful in hanging containers and balcony sinks. From spring to autumn, single flowers decorated with five petals appear. Their flowers stick together during a long rainy period, so a covered habitat is favorable for them.

Looks beautiful I have often put ordinary geraniums into hanging baskets, but was unaware of this one until now.
It is important that your flowers thrive beautifully. I haven’t planted them in hanging baskets yet.
That is so true, trying to landscape this garden and it is a work in progress.
So pretty! Having flowers around always makes me happy too.
Thank you very much. It really is something special.
This is a beautiful flower.
Thank you very much. It really is something special.
i have seen these, but honestly, i learned something today. I did not know the difference between these flowers.
I’m glad you learned something new. There are many types of these flowers and they differ in flowers.
it is so cool, i didn’t know they also differ by leaf type!
You do have a green thumb! Those are healthy looking pretty flowers. I do not have them
You are right. The flowers are really beautiful so far.
Lovely in pink. My neighbor has hanging ones but I think the blooms are different.
Thank you. There are many different species so it is possible that the flowers are different.
