Here is where, starting tomorrow, I will spend at least 30 minutes. It is the place where I used to do exercises before the restrictions to keep me in functional parameters! I look forward to tomorrow. All I hope is that by tomorrow the air will become more breathable. As I said in the previous post, the atmosphere is full of Saharan dust!

I have a sports park nearby where similar devices have recently been installed.
I use my treadmill if I cannot get outside.
Today we have a rainy day. I take a walk every day. For now, I choose quiet places. External devices such as those pictured here are currently closed (prohibited). Disinfect before use. Beware.
