It is common for succulents to reproduce from leaves. here are a bunch of leaves and their babies. Cute, chubby Echeveria babies. There are a couple of varieties of echeveria babies in the picture. I found them on the floor as I swept the garden . I picked them up and put them in tiny pots. Before I know they will become big plants.
Its amazing how nature works. I bought tiny plants years ago and now I have a few hundred of these plants even after giving so many away as gifts.

well it is a testament to you, that they grow so well!
Succulents just want to multiply in so many different ways.
The Euphorbia also propagates in more ways than one even through its flowers.
