I learned how play piano when I was young, but I wasn’t good at it at all, and I stopped playing when I went to high school. I always think it would be good if I can learn how to play piano again and I can at least play a few pieces of piano that I like.
I came across this website, Hoffman Academy, where we can really learn how to play piano. You can join as free member or premium member. There are currently 12 units and 238 lessons. You can access all the video lessons as a free member. Though there are more features, such as practice tasks, printable, sheet music, learning games, etc, I am happy to learn with just free member at the moment.
I let my kids watch the videos and learn how to play piano. My eldest son has been learning pretty well, and he is able to play Beethoven’s Fur Elise in just two months, though he hasn’t play it very smoothly yet. I am quite amazed of his self learning and improvement. So I think this piano learning site is good for kids to learn piano on their own too. I have tried out some other online free piano learning lessons, but I think Hoffman’s lessons are more interesting. My kids found other free programs boring and didn’t even want to watch those videos, but when they are always excited to watch Hoffman’s videos.
There are premium membership for monthly, annually and even life time. I wish I can get the lifetime membership. Though I can’t really afford it at the moment, it’s still very much cheaper than if I would to get a piano tutor here.

I love hearing the piano music but I cannot play.
I have been in love with piano 15 year ago when i was badly in love.
I actually found out about this website and I will do it this year for my daughter. Their annual membership is super reasonable.
Learning music is very important to help children develop their brain.
