Scented with the scent of jasmine plant flowers, jasmine tea is usually made from green tea leaves, providing many of the same health benefits that we could get from green tea.
The truth is that we are talking about a truly special tea – it is packed with powerful plant compounds that act as antioxidants in our body and protect our cells from free radical damage. These compounds have been associated with multiple benefits such as weight loss and improved blood sugar control.
Jasmine tea is a good friend of our hearts and can also promote better oral health, as it has catechins in its composition and can protect us against dental caries by killing plaque-forming bacteria. Moreover, through its consumption, our breath is eventually improved, since through its consumption the life of the bacteria that causes the bad odor comes to an end.

I drink a lot of tea among them is jasmine tea.
I am a tea addict of sorts and would only have pure tea made from tea leaves.
I have never tried this flavor but would like to now after reading your article. I love peppermint, lemon and other citrus blends the best, but willing to always try something new!
it is my second favorite winter tea! (Peppermint is my fav for winter!)
Never tried it but I know many who have.
Frankly, I haven’t tried this tea before, dear Nela
