I had shared a similar picture for the black and white challenge sometime ago. The birds were sweetly perched together in the fork of the branch in the previous picture.
This photo makes me want to guess the mindset of these bird.
One of the birds is resting and happy. It seems like this bird just wants to enjoy the moment.
The other bird seems like the curious one, learning and adventure seems to be important to him.
Both seem happy in what they are doing, yet enjoying each others company while doing so.
That is how I’d like to interpret this picture. I’d like to hear your thoughts on this as well.

To me, it looks like one of the birds is ready to stay for a while and the other is thinking about flying away. However, it could be that the one that looks like it might fly is going to bring back lunch for the other bird.
“What are you looking there? Come keep me company!”
Looks like they are sharing a branch.

Well, disrespect heard she said sharply and turned away.

The first at the end of the branch observes the situation, and the second is eagerly awaiting what decision they will make. If there is food they will come down from the tree. In the other variant they will take off.
Okay so that is what they are up to, I hope they get the food and live happily eve rafter. 🙂
