When the entire world was hit by COVID 19 and finally went into quarantine and the many different dire things that followed I believe the picture of a kiddie’s slide is an apt illustration of how our lives turned out. A bit of smoothe sailing then the freefall happened from which many millions of people are never going to recover from.

Who can say. I’m also curious, when and if Virily will start up again.
Indeed an apt description of the situation. Question how long would the recovery be if still possible. I work in the government and am glad some people are still able to pay their taxes and we have some money to spend for those affected but how long can we sustain? If pandemic continues our calamity fund will all be used for this, how about reserves for other calamities?
I agree with you or you could say we were walking along glad to be in another New Year and then suddenly the floor dropped out and we were going down just like Alice did in her rabbit hole
