My brother is an avid hunter. We eat mostly wild meat. His closest friends call him “Walks with Elk”. He is currently not well enough to hunt, yet today I saw that look in his eye, like the look of this tiger. I had to get closer to see what was going on.
I was happy to find that he was stalking an animal. That means he is feeling better. This time he was not stalking with his gun, he had his camera. He had captured some amazing photos with the camera. It is not teh same as hunting and yet he still gets to sneak up on something and I think he likes it.
There are many who don’t really understand hunters, and for me it is a way of life. I know nothing different. It is a strange balance as we spend all we can to create habitat for elk and deer. We spend hours on planting and replenishing the ground for them.
