Wednesday Shadows – balance

I really enjoy working. I’m a bit of a workaholic perfectionist, so I can work until exhaustion for accomplishing any job.

But I also like to rest. True, I am not always able to convince myself that it is not laziness and a waste of time.

In such moments, one recollection helps me a lot. Once on a plane, I talked to the person sitting next to me about the importance of being able and allowing ourselves to rest.

At the end of our conversation, as summarizing he said to me: work-rest-work-rest…

Probably it is a sign of equality, a balance that gives inner peace to a man. It is worth trying and learning to bring balance here too. I’m trying! And how are you? What thoughts do you have in your mind and what is the reality of the matter?
