How to keep mental health in quarantine – Part I

World Health Day is celebrated annually on April 7. This date coincides with the day of the creation of the World Health Organization (WHO), in 1948.

We live in a very hard situation now and sometimes it is extremely difficult to maintain our sanity. But there are several ways to keep mental health in quarantine:

1 – Think positive – This is the first of the tips as it is essential for the others to work. Everything has a positive side even in the bad things that happen. The way to a positive mind is to have the intellectual property to look for thoughts that please you. Whether in a present action or project future actions.

2 – Maintain your routine – How about maintaining the same routine of working hours and looking for mechanisms for online service or organizing your website and social network? It is also a time to research about your profession and look for other ways to get the desired remuneration from your home. You can also organize your work for when this is all over.

3 – Interactivity – Go beyond social networks, the clarity of the screen on your face and the excess of information can activate anxiety and disturb your balance in the quarantine.

  1. It is too bad that there are those not even acting like human beings and were like that before the virus, but, now that I have to put up with them more they are worse than they were before. It is hard to have mental health with bullies trying to make you feel so miserable and not letting up and playing victim which they are not at all.
