It’s time to refocus and have a successful day. Since most of my day consists of 14 hours at work today, it seems I must center my goals around work and remember I am trying to pay attention to things I can solely control.
I can control my attitude. I will be kind, gentle and avoid any conflict that I possibly can. I will say no firmly and gently when it needs to be said. I will watch my tone and energy levels and make quick adjustments. I will avoid the family, phone and other distractions that are tossed my way today.
When I am ready for bed tonight I want to list at least three things that I can identify as time well spent.
-
Are these things I can control?

Yes

No

This post is why you are a #Virilyheros 🙂
In the words of the now gone Jim Valvano, never give up!
Well thank you. I just try and stay moving in a forward direction.
You are most welcome, Thank you for sharing all your wonderful posts!
Planning the days is great for great organization.
It is good to plan our day! Sounds that you will do it, good luck
I don’t always get it all done, and I try to at least get something done productively.
Controlling our attitude is most important. You got this.
Thanks, it seems like you always sense when I need a little encouragement to do what I know I should always do it.
You sound as if you lead a very organized life.
Well, sort of. My life is very chaotic will all the medical issues and things that just seem to come up every day. If I don’t have goals the day is completely taken over by the needs of others. If you let that happen every day pretty soon there are piles of things that no one ever got to.
