Friday in Black and White – Can you identify this critter?

These  critters stay often gathered into group in which their legs seem to be twined together and the bodies close to each other. When they are disturbed, a single member  typically pushes its body up and down in a slow, vibrating motion and the group is scatter. They have a single pair of eyes in the middle of the cephalothorax. They  have no silk glands and therefore do not build webs. They are not dangerous to humans.I managed to take this picture and want to challange you to identify this insect.
