The first Europa League semifinal to be played today is a match between two powerhouses: Sevilla and Manchester United. Sevilla has won the most Europa League titles with five. Plus, the team won three in a row from 2014-2016. Manchester United is no slouch in this competition either because their last Europa League title was in 2017.
This match will be played at the RheinEnergieStadion in Koln, Germany. Whoever wins this match ensures for the ninth year in a row that a team from England or Spain will be in the championship match. Surprisingly, both teams won their quarterfinals match with defense as they both won 1-0. This match will have plenty of goals because there will be too many playmakers on the field for this one.
