How often are we accustomed to living in the future or in the past. We still don’t let go of what was and how it was, wasting a lot of energy on what we won’t change.
And sometimes we get stuck in our plans, goals, and illusions for the future, thus creating tension and anxiety inside. However, we cannot control the future either, because everything will go as it should.
I invite you to think right now about what we have at the moment. What we can be happy about and what we can thank for.
Happy Sunday everyone.

I wonder if living in the moment has got something to do with the saying that we can only think one thought at a time.
It’s about focused attention, I think, and not allowing ourselves to be scattered in thoughts, or living away from what’s happening right now, in the moment of that now.
I am forever in the attitude of gratitude
Great advice and I hope you had a good Sunday! I get a nice bird chorus every morning from my window.
that is great advice for all of us to listen to, thank you!
