Do We Create Our Own Issues?

It is a question that we ask in the workplace every day and often the answer is yes. I think we often do the same things here. I don’t read any posts that are complaining or questioning the number of views or embedded drama. So people who write those have probably seen their views go down significantly.  Why would I say that?

I know at least 12 participants, like myself, who do not read, open or share any of those posts. We just stopped doing it because of all the innuendo and negativity. I don’t know if the posts are good, bad, right or wrong because I don’t open them or share them.  That has an impact.

Others often send me messages about them and I tell them the same, I have no idea. I don’t open them, read them or share them.

  1. I have no problem with anyone. I would just like to see people especially on sites like this to get along with each other and support each other. It is entirely up to you which posts you choose to read and comment on. I do the best I can and I enjoy many of your posts.

    • PS I also hope you see posts with only 50 views are currently trending, including mine – which means people are viewing my posts, but the problem is it also means that is currently “a standard” in the number of views which are obviously very low now…
