Ok, I wrote about starting to DIY enzyme drink with Apples.
11 days have passed and the process is done!!
Well I did make some mistakes along the way – too much sugar so the liquid turned out like syrup but at least it’s tasty syrup…
Then I left it in room temperature (when it’s better to frement at 18-23 degree) so I cut short the process by 3 days…
The liquid taste and smell a little like beer … but the sweetness is too overpowering for me to make a good judgement/decision about the taste…

Sounds like a sweet hummingbird nectar. 🙂 I make the nectar that goes in their feeders using sugar and water.
It maybe simliar … the birds are smart, these drinks are know to be good for health 🙂
