Depression in the Autumn

For some, it may be almost indifferent, but for others, the arrival of autumn may be the beginning of the fall of the ’emotional leaf’. Why? Well, the sun crosses the equator line and the days start to get smaller, as does the intensity of sunlight, even though it’s still hot. Plants and animals begin to prepare for winter, minimizing their activities to accumulate energy. As some scholars say, “We are like plants and animals but we have complicated emotions. ”

There is a tendency for some symptoms to appear, such as mood swings, lack of mood, lack of energy, unwillingness to socialize, loss of interest in performing some activities, difficulty sleeping and increased appetite.

If you feel this, you are not alone and soon it will pass!
