Day 49 Accountability

Done. Now the key is to get rest and ready to set up for the rest of the week. It will be work. My health has to improve and still work has to get done.

I am wondering if I should separate things into days of the week and see if that makes some of my choices and accountability more regimented. I think then they be better habits.
