I was in the mood to run the Fullerton Woods trail today, but just was not in a mood to drive out to it dealing with heat enroute to it, as well as many terrible impatient drivers. I picked out the closest park near me that has some shade around it in order to avoid being sunkissed in eighty degree temperature, thank goodness! Day Two of ‘Sur Summer Run Camp’ completed at Douglas Park – Chicago.
A question for all reading this, do you prefer purified water or spring water?

you are an inspiration! i am doing two walks today, but my goal is 10-11 miles total!
I plan to add walks to my routine next month with the running challenges. I actually had signed up for one this month, but did not participate in it like I did the cycling and running challenges.
I always drink spring water. Great workout again.
Got a gallon of spring water right now, but I prefer purified water. I just don’t chug spring water the same as I do purified.
This one is a more realistic goal than the cycling one
The cycling one is a pain in the ass, but I will eventually get there. I am sitting at 37 miles left. With 7 more days to go, I will have more than have of it knocked out this weekend.
