A talented couple from Auckland, prepared a chocolate cake based on the open heart surgery imagery and presented it to the local hospital. The cake is prepared with so much cleansing skills that viewers will be amazed.
This is purely made for the student of Open heart surgery. The bleeding scene is also shown with the help of red cream, while its based is made like a human torso.
Talented lady Nina and her husband John have made this cake based the color of human skin, while it has been added to the red tubes with the help of jelly, including strawberries for blood. According to the couple, the cake is made with surgical tools and chocolate to solidify it. The couple said, the purpose of making the cake was to honor the services of the people involved with the medicine.
