Pick this caudiflower this morning in my farm. I love this vegetable, this one I will use to make a soup but sometimes I eat it in salads or just boiled to eat it with meat or fish.

Cauliflower is a vegetable of the broccoli family. The vegetable deserves to be always present in the diet because it has a large amount of nutrients, such as vitamin C, manganese, vitamins B5, B6, folate (B9) and vitamin K. Cauliflower also has antioxidant substances and other phytochemicals.
