Last week I finally got some trees planted in my yard. Trying to make a barrier for all the new houses being built. I has two rows of these Blue Murray Cypress trees already. But three of the trees died, so I go them replaced.
This photo is up close to show you the detail. Such pretty and fast growing trees. The new ones are about five feet tall. The others are around 25 feet or so. They get very tall and make a great barrier in your yard and offer lots of privacy. And yes they are evergreen. They remain green year round. And the birds love them. I find many bird nests in the spring in these trees. And the smell of these are like being at a Christmas tree farm in my yard. Very pleased with these trees.

They are all over Maryland. 🙂 Mostly in the lower, wetter areas.
I am sure they are Doc. I love these trees.
in cooler places we see this tree but not a lot, not as many as in Lithuania
But you have seen them, that is good.
I see this cypress for the first time … we only have green
Mine are green, these are evergreen.
I also have some of them planted just becoming brown
If they are evergreen they should not turn brown.
